Killarney Glen Court is a residential town-house style condominium community located on 14 acres of park like setting between 30th and 33rd Street and 30th and 33rd Ave in SW Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Consisting of 220 units the original site built in 1953 consisted of 140 units. The site was renovated in 1998/99 by Sandlewood Developments, converting the units to town-homes and adding 80 new units.

The role of the Property Manager is to manage the Common Property on a daily basis. The KGC Board has hired ACMS to manage our property and Sean Deley is our day to day consultant.

Your Board of Directors meets 10 times over the course of the year, once over the summer months. If you'd like to have a matter discussed at the next 2021 board meeting we encourage you to submit your request to Sean (Sean@acms.ca) by the 10th of each month.
AGM.
The next AGM will be November 16th 2022 @ 6:30 pm @ the Killarney/Glengarry Community Association located @ 2828 28 St SW, Calgary, AB T3E 2J3. Notification will come via mail on the AGM. This information will be provided on the garbage sheds as a notice also and our AGM package that will be sent out via email or mail.
