Bylaws and Policies

Bylaws define the specific operation, rights and responsibilities of the board and owners while polices set forth additional rules and regulations deemed necessary for the enjoyment and safety of the common property and necessary for the enforcement of the bylaws.
 

Act and Bylaws.

 

Condominium Property Act.

The Alberta Condominium Property Act provides the legislative framework for the creation and operation of any form of condominium, including residential and commercial. This Act applies to anyone who develops, owns or manages condominium property.

Bylaws.

The Condominium Property Act of Alberta gives the Bylaws of a condominium corporation powers and responsibilities. The By-laws define the specific operation, the rights and responsibilities of the Board, and the Owners.

Policies.

 

Fines.

Policy 1.01 Fine Schedule outlines the manner in which fines will be levied for violations of the Killarney Glen Court By-Laws or Policies.

Satellite Dishes.

Policy 1.02 Satellite Dishes provides clarification of the acceptance of satellite dishes within the common property.

Windows and Doors.

Policy 1.03 Windows and Doors provides guidelines and standards for owner replacement and/or retrofit of existing windows and doors out of schedule in keeping with the original character and to preserve the aesthetic appearance.

Pets.

Policy 1.04 Pets outlines the rules and regulations pertaining to having an animal. This policy also includes the pet approval form.

Landscaping.

Policy 1.05 Landscaping outlines the manner in which owners may landscape exclusive use common areas within Killarney Glen Court.
