Form 2.02 Notice of Intention to Rent is to be completed by owners and summited to the corporation prior to renting a unit.
Notice of Rental.
Form 2.03 Notice of Rental is to be completed by owners within 20 days of the commencement of a tenant.
Tenant Agreement.
Form 2.04 Agreement and Undertaking by Tenant should be completed by tenants and summitted by owners prior to a tenant taking occupancy.
Ceasing to Rent.
Form 2.05 Notice of Ceasing to Rent should be completed by owners and summitted whenever the tenant of their unit changes.
