Property Management

The role of the Property Manager is to manage the Common Property on a daily basis. The KGC Board has hired ACMS to manage our property and Cindy is our day to day consultant.

In her role as our consultant she will be able to assist you and bring any concerns forward to the Board of Directors. 

ACMS’s hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For matters requiring attention (emergencies) outside operating hours please call the 24-hour emergency line at 403.253.7525, Ext. 1.
