Management Change

As many of you have noticed the 2023-24 Budget and Insurance Certificate came from Charter PM along with a notification of Management change.

This is legit! Effective July 1 Charter Property Management will assume management responsibilities for Killarney Glen Court!

To support a smooth transition please note the following:

1. Complete a New Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Forms must be completed.
   Existing authorization CANNOT be transferred you must provide new authorization to our new management company.
   Alternatively you can choose to pay with post dated cheques. Reference the package for details on this option.

2. Renting your Unit? Complete the Tenant Undertaking form.

3. Return the applicable forms by June 15 using the self-addressed postage paid envelope included with the package.

4. Watch your email the first week of July for your personal Charter Connect Login.
   Charter connect will be where you can access all important documents (at no additional charge) and submit and track maintenance requests.
